Our chefs worked on the A la carte and the Tasting menu over nine months. Sateesh with his team of chefs have curated a “true” Indian menu that is steeped with these principles.
Marshal Rana hails from Uttarakhand 🇮🇳, hilly Himalayan state. He joined Ruchii in 2019 & brought his experience from various parts of India. He was working in Hyatt, Hyderabad before he moved to Eire.
Shakat Ali Khan is from Derabish in Odisha. He moved to Éire from Dubai, where he was working in Grand Hyatt. He cooks divine “Hyderabadi Dum Biryani”. Staff cannot have enough of his Dum Biryani & look forward to next handi being cooked!
Bijendra Singh hails from Tehri, Garhwal, Uttarakhand 🇮🇳. He is our Tandoori chef 🔥
All the Naans, Tandoori chickens & prawns are expertly marinated, cooked by Biju.
Sateesh Sayana – Chef patron hails from Andhra Pradesh and worked in AmarVilas, Agra before moving to Dublin in 2002. He served the Indian Prime minister Sri. Narendra Modi in Sep 2015, whilst he was on a state visit to Ireland. Cher visited the old premises in Nov 2019. Late Paddy Moloney of Chieftains was one of the regulars.
Bikash Mollik and Kailash Bhatti are the experienced front of the house.
Wine & beer menu is curated by Tom Doorley. He had expertly matched the wines for the Six-Course Tasting Menu.
